YOUR ROLE: MAKING IMPACT & COACHING

Building CRM solutions: You’re responsible for more complex plugins (C#), JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate flows and integrations.
Developing AI solutions: You work with Copilot Studio, AI Agents, automation and smart assistants for customers, and help shape the technical architecture.
Technical ownership & responsibility: You take ownership of parts of a project and confidently navigate technical challenges.
Collaboration & technical coaching: You work closely with analysts and project managers, and enjoy guiding and mentoring junior developers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Relevant experience: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps or Power Platform development.
Strong technical foundation: Experience with C#, JavaScript, integrations, and basic Azure knowledge is a big plus.
Interest in AI: You’re eager to grow further in AI, Copilot Studio and automation.
Proactive & structured: You think along, work in a structured way and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
Languages: You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
