YOUR ROLE

You translate marketing and communication plans into concrete actions, campaigns, and flows that activate target audiences and drive conversions.
You set up smart nurturing, retention, and automation flows in HubSpot or similar platforms.
You work with marketing technology and CRM integrations, ensuring tooling logically connects to the marketing strategy.
You create content such as blogs, newsletters, social posts, and videos. You use AI tools smartly to work faster and more efficiently without producing generic output.
You help with targeted paid campaigns and understand how organic and paid channels reinforce each other.
Measurement is a given for you, not an afterthought. You closely monitor campaigns, analyze results, and adjust based on what the data says.
You maintain oversight across multiple projects simultaneously and switch smoothly between strategy and execution.

YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's or master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, though drive and talent count just as much.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, or performance marketing. We won't count the exact years, just convince us of your knowledge and approach.
Experience with MarTech platforms, analytics, and automation tools such as HubSpot or comparable systems.
You think strategically but also execute yourself. That combination feels natural to you.
You actively follow marketing trends and AI tools, and are curious about how technology can make marketing smarter.
You have a fluent pen, think creatively, and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
You work independently, take initiative, and don't wait to be told what the next step is.
Nice-to-haves: Experience with HubSpot | Knowledge of CRM systems and integrations | Experience with paid advertising | Basic knowledge of SEO or analytics | Experience with AI tools for content or automation
