Van Havermaet is a multidisciplinary advisory firm with roots in Hasselt and offices across Belgium. With more than 80 years of experience and a team of over 300 specialists, they support entrepreneurs, liberal professionals and private individuals with tax, financial, legal and social matters.
At Van Havermaet's Legal team, new cases did not come in through one central channel, but were distributed across the entire team. The result: no one had a clear overview of who was doing what, where workloads were too high, or when work needed to be redistributed.
They had already tried all kinds of solutions. Microsoft Planner, the Outlook calendar, Excel. But nothing really matched the way they worked. Until they came to us.
We didn't immediately start building a tool. First, our colleagues sat down with the Legal team to understand how they really work: what frustrates them, what they need and what they had already tried themselves.
