Have you successfully delivered quite a few D365 CE implementations over the past years? Do you make sure projects land within scope, budget and time? And do you understand the functional side of the story too? Then you’ll feel right at home at The Zoo. We’re not looking for a project manager who just monitors schedules and ticks off status meetings. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, reassures clients and steers developers from kick-off to go-live.

Your role: from kick-off to go-live

You work at the intersection of project management, Dynamics 365 and AI implementations.
You take full responsibility for AI and Dynamics 365 implementations at clients: from analysis and planning to delivery and aftercare.
You’re the point of contact for both the client and the internal team. You translate client needs into clear requirements and manage expectations on both sides.
You work closely with developers, consultants and solution architects. You keep track of planning and dependencies and make sure decisions are made on time.
You flag risks early, adjust proactively and keep a close eye on scope. You handle change requests in a structured and transparent way.
You understand what AI solutions such as Copilot Studio and AI Agents can mean for clients, and you help figure out how to use them smartly in projects.

What we expect (must-haves)

A bachelor’s or master’s degree, but drive and talent count at least as much.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience leading IT projects, preferably in CRM, ERP or Microsoft environments. We won’t do the exact math, so convince us with your approach.
You know what Dynamics 365 CE, Sales or Customer Service involve. You don’t need to be a developer, but you understand the technical context.
You communicate clearly with both technical profiles and business stakeholders. You ask the tough questions when needed.
You work in a structured way, keep the overview in complex projects and take initiative without waiting for the next meeting.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.
Nice-to-haves: Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies | Knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate or Copilot Studio | A background as a consultant or functional analyst | Experience with AI implementations or automation projects
