YOUR ROLE: LEARNING, BUILDING & THINKING ALONG

Dive into Dynamics 365 & Power Platform: You’ll learn how to build solutions within Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps and Power Automate, with close coaching from experienced developers.
Experiment with AI: You’ll get hands-on with Copilot Studio, AI Agents and automations that make work smarter. No need to be an expert yet — curiosity and enthusiasm are what count.
Work as part of a team: Together with analysts, project managers and fellow developers, you’ll work on CRM projects. You’ll get clear guidance and support, plus room to experiment and make mistakes.
Grow within projects: You’ll help with configuration, development, testing and solving basic technical challenges. As your experience grows, so will your ownership and responsibilities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Curious & eager to learn: You’re motivated to dive into Dynamics 365, Power Apps and AI.
Some basics or a strong learning mindset: Any first experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS or Power Platform (school, hobby, internship, first job) is a plus — but your drive matters most.
Problem-solving mindset: You like to think along, figure things out and aren’t afraid to ask questions.
Team player: You enjoy working together and thrive in an open feedback culture.
Languages: You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
